I've signed up to receive text alerts, but I'm still not getting them. Why?

It can take up to 72 hours for our registration process to complete, so if you just signed up, that may be why.
If it's after the 72 hour mark and you're still not receiving the text, or SMS, messages, contact your mobile carrier and make sure they do not have a block on the number we use to deliver our text messages. Our number is 24587.
If there's no block in place and you're still not getting the text messages, contact our customer service team to ensure all of the information we have on file is correct. Email them at service@quickhittrader.com or call them at 1-800-846-7375.
And keep in mind, while we can send text messages to overseas numbers, it may require additional information, so be sure to let our customer service team know.
